wow..i have no idea on the price range of any factions items lol...but i can tell you that the Eerie Rod will be worth a hella lot because of the 10/10

meh no idea even for a 10/10 staff, I've already seen a few... one sold on auction page for like 30k or somethin really low... try for 100k+ and see what happens

Since the wand is ONLY 10/10... and not something like 15/15 or 20/20 --- you'll be lucky to get 10k for it. People will be searching for the 20/20 stuff, not 10/10... why pay 100k for that? when there's much better out there.
For the Sword, you could gt ranged 15-25k |

they pay more cause its for all spells not just a specific type, and its one handed so more can be added with a focus
